Archbishop Damiano School Announces New Assistant Principals

This summer, Archbishop Damiano School welcomed Kathryn Sullivan and Joelle Rossi into their new respective roles as Elementary Assistant Principal and Secondary Assistant Principal at ADS. Prior to advancing to Assistant Principal, Kate served as Archbishop Damiano School’s Elementary Program Supervisor, while Joelle served as the school’s Lead Teacher to our secondary and transition students.
Both extraordinary administrators have a long history of academic excellence, winning regional, state, and national Teacher of the Year Awards over the course of their careers in education. Their extensive knowledge, compassion and dedication to the ADS community will be a tremendous asset to the growth and advancement of our program.

With over 20 years of experience in special education and a master’s degree in educational leadership, Kate aims to share her expertise and introduce the DIRFloortime® approach to developmental learning at ADS, which she believes will assist Archbishop Damiano School in becoming a leader and significant resource in the uniquely abled community. Kate also strives to promote more connectivity with parents and families.

As we continue into the 2022 – 2023 school year, Kate and Joelle’s reflective and transformational leadership styles will be essential in fostering a greater connection with our ADS community and continuing our mission to help make a difference in the lives of our students.

Archbishop Damiano School introduces an inspiring new theme for the 2023-2024 School Year.
