Trout in the Classroom.

Our 4-H Superstars have made quilt squares that will be sent all over the country. This year’s theme is “What I Would Like in My Clean Stream”. The students used their imagination and pieces of donated fabric to create happy, healthy stream environments. The map below shows the participating schools where our artistic creations will be sent.  We will then receive letters and quilt squares from those locations. Room 17A will assemble the trout quilt from the squares we receive.

Our quilt squares will be on display on the bookcases by the ADS Office.  Please check them out before they are mailed this Friday afternoon. As you will see, our 4-H members let their imaginations run wild to create amazing clean water environments.

The 4-H Birdseed Cookie Community Service project is finished.  The ADS 4-H Superstars made and sold 108 “cookies” at $1.00 each.  The Superstars voted that all proceeds go to support the work Mulligan’s Rescue.  Thank you to everyone for supporting this 4-H activity!
